Terms of Service

These terms summarize the current public access path and release expectations for Upscaler Studio.

1. Product scope

Upscaler Studio is a Windows desktop product published by EDITH Dev Studio. The current release is a direct ZIP package with manual install, update, and uninstall expectations.

2. License model

The current public purchase path is a €30 lifetime license through the EDITH Dev Studio storefront. The public trial build is not available yet.

3. Payments and refunds

Purchases are routed through the EDITH Dev Studio Lemon Squeezy storefront. No refund after purchase; review the setup notes before buying.

4. Release requirements

The current Windows ZIP release is unsigned. Image workflows work out of the box. Video workflows require external FFmpeg before use.

5. Support and third-party tools

For license, setup, storefront, release, or FFmpeg questions, contact contact@edithdevstudio.com. Third-party tools such as FFmpeg are governed by their own licenses and terms.
